“My absolute show highlight however was the genius that is Kensa Designs with their wonderful take on up-cycling. Regenerating (whatever the buzzword is!) period furniture and unwanted antiques where they transform them into must-have objects of desire with giant skulls, peacocks and Tigers painstakingly and beautifully painted on – I love this.”

GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to Kensa Designs. Please find outlined below a little bit more information about how we operate and, most importantly, our Terms and Conditions.
HOW DO WE OPERATE?
Our main focus is on commission made pieces. We transform old and new pieces of furniture to fit your requirements. We do all the restoration work onsite and all our artwork is hand painted by ourselves. Call us to find out how we can create a truly bespoke piece of furniture for you.
Once you have decided that you would like to commission a piece with Kensa Designs, we prefer to start things off with an informal meeting in your home which gives us the opportunity to get a feel for your style and tastes.
At this meeting we establish a brief, discussing things such as timescales, style of furniture, style and colours of artwork, functional requirements and budget. We have a wealth of experience and advice to give and more often than not the best commissioned pieces are those where we work closely with you right from the onset. We endeavour to keep you updated on the progress of your piece of furniture and encourage you to come on site and view the progress hands on.
If you live abroad or in a distant location in the UK we are happy to come and visit you at your expense, however it is not a problem to translate all the above over the phone and email.
Our prices are quoted individually for each creation. This will be totally dependent on the type of furniture required and the artwork desired.
